Not every conversation changes your mind.
The good ones usually change how you think.
If that's the kind of conversation you're interested in, I'd love to hear from you.
This isn't a gotcha show.
I'm not trying to catch you saying the wrong thing or manufacture conflict for clicks. I'm here because I think you know something worth exploring, and I want to follow it somewhere interesting.
Most importantly:
We start with what you want to talk about.
You're in control.
Before you decide whether to come on the show, here's what you can expect.
You choose the topic.
We'll begin with the conversation you want to have.
That doesn't mean there won't be difficult questions—it just means there won't be surprise agendas.
You'll hear the finished episode before anyone else.
Nothing is published without you having the opportunity to hear the final edit.
No guessing.
No hoping it comes out okay.
You'll know exactly what the audience will hear.
You can change your mind.
Up until two weeks before publication, you can ask me to remove anything.
A sentence.
A story.
An entire section.
The entire episode.
For any reason.
Nothing you say is locked in until the agreed review window closes.
You're never trapped.
I'd rather lose an episode than lose someone's trust.
The goal is an honest conversation—not getting one over on anyone.
About clips
Every episode is edited into short clips for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook.
Not every clip belongs everywhere.
General conversations about work, ideas, science, philosophy, or everyday life may be shared broadly.
If an episode includes more mature or sensitive topics, those clips stay on platforms where that audience expects to find them.
You also get a say in where clips from your episode appear. If there are platforms you'd rather avoid, we'll respect that.
Honorariums
Some guests are offered an honorarium for their time.
The full policy—including how honorariums work and why they're offered—is available in the Guest Agreement.
Who makes a good guest?
You don't need to be famous.
You don't need a book.
You don't need a giant social media following.
If you've built something, studied something, lived through something, or simply have a perspective that's worth taking seriously, that's enough.
Curiosity is a better qualification than credentials.
Interested?
If you're thinking, "I might have something worth talking about," you probably do.
Tell me a little about yourself, what you'd like to discuss, and why you think it'd make for a good conversation.
I'd love to hear from you.
